He priced each option and gave me the time to think it through and make my decision - which was to tear out the driveway and replace it. They were here the following Monday. If there was a delay, Josh called me, if I had a question he answered me - and I thank heavens for even just that - since I have had almost NO ONE that I've called for any type of service to ever call me back. They treat their customers well. The guys came out and I've never seen such an amazing team of people working together, each knowing his job and getting it done to perfection. There was a small issue with a piece of equipment, and they didn't leave me. They waited until a part came, they fixed it and finished the project, even though it now ran past 6:00 pm. They were kind, professional, they cleaned up after themselves, and they did an freakin' amazing job. It's beautiful! I'm scheduling them to do my daughter's driveway as well, and will see them next year for a coating. I can't say enough great things! THANKS GUYS!

UPDATED: After my…read moreoriginal review, Josh contacted me directly, came out to inspect the driveway, and addressed the cracking concerns by filling the cracks and taking the time to explain his perspective regarding the seal coating materials that had been used by another company. While I was initially frustrated by the communication and felt my concerns were being dismissed, I do appreciate that he ultimately responded, came out personally, and worked toward a solution rather than ignoring the issue entirely. He also offered a reasonable option to repair the plow damage at the road and reseal the driveway. I still believe the initial communication could have been handled better from the beginning, but I also believe it's only fair to update my review now that an effort was made to address the concerns.

Hello, I had a 40' x 14' foot concrete patio replaced with…read moreCambridge pavers. The patio is along the back of my house and there are 2 doors going into the house from the patio, one slider and one hinged door. The new patio looks good enough but the whole thing is too high relative to the house, the top of the pavers are the same height as the top of the door saddle. I can not install a storm door because it will hit a floor mat. I had asked Manuel to make the patio about an inch below the door saddles during the estimate and again before the pavers were installed, he agreed but didn't do it. It's discouraging, the patio looks nice but it's the wrong height. Now I face the dilemma of living with it or having another contractor rip it out and install it at the right height.
