I was very impressed with him as a manger and a coordinator of this project. Also, his administrative support team, Jessica and Jeff, were magnificent. They were able to get it done within a couple of weeks of filing our claim. I had concerns about the weather and daylight savings time, but Christian assured me of the timeline and weather restrictions. His team of roofers were amazing, they worked their butts off and basically did it in one day. The day they did it was cold, too. They returned the next day to check the roof and the property for debris since they finished as it was getting dark. I was impressed with the final "Roof Work Report" of the whole project with detailed photos from start to finish. This report is a professional tool to have in your homeowner's documents file. The BBQ business has a lot of traffic with a parking lot that has cars parking along the property line facing our home. At all hours we'd have diners looking on to our property and even shouting out personal questions to us as we attempted to enjoy our big backyard. After over 3 years of this and zero cooperation by the BBQ business we saved and saved until we had the cash to have a barrier built.
