I think this was a tagalong shop for me while out with family. My niece needed something and we walked in here. I do have to say that it is quite vast in here to look for what you may need. The layout seems to flow very well and you will eventually find what you are looking for. I find it wild that the departments are so vast and cover such a huge footprint in the store. It is so odd that there are so many items to have such a huge golfing department. The customer service here is great. They knew what we were in here to look for and exactly where it would be located in the store. Even at checkout they were very accommodating.

As far as quality goes, it really depends on what you get and how much you spend. Go with your top notch gear like Under Armour and Nike, you are guaranteed quality. From hoodies, to tshirts, to shorts, they carry the whole line. Some of the embroidered hoodies are actually sweet. So sweet that I picked up two. If your pockets aren't quite as deep, then you can go with the misc brands that they carry. The t-shirts are screen printed and run under $10, and you can easily find a hoody around $20. Just don't expect too much from the quality, but then again, you get what you pay for. On top of apparel, they also carry some misc goods. You can snag some goodies for your pets, or even your golf clubs. Tons of variety here. Varying quality depending on how much you want to spend, but c'mon. You have to shell out a little more to get the best.

For being as early season as it was and after talking with the owner and finding out the shape that it had been in, this course was a nice find. The fairways and greens were in decent shape (again for being early season). The carts were really great. Even though it was cold (around 38) it was nice and warm around the course because the sun comes into the valley perfectly. My wife and I will be back to the are and I will make a point to come back here again.

Tee boxes are full of crab grass as well as the fairways. Fertilizer and proper grass seed would go a long way here. Very disappointing coming from State College to play here. And for $36 (with a cart) it was not worth the money on this public course. It it was $17-$20 for unlimited play... then that would be a fair price. I'll come back only when the conditions have improved.

The place is packed with merchandise from front to back and their all around selection is quite amazing. It's especially fun to take a look at the military surplus for sale. You can almost always find something you just got to have and surplus prices are quite reasonable. Firearms, archery equipment, ammo, even mens and womens clothing can be found. Selections in all these areas are decent. They even have a rather large footwear store attached with an overwhelming number of boot and outdoor wear choices. Last month I visited and was incredibly impressed that they actually had items in stock that no one else in the area can get. I went to 7 sporting good stores that weekend trying to find black powder for muzzleloaders. No one had any. I almost didn't even bother to ask when I got to Bobs but decided to try. Not only did they have it, they had all kinds and a fair amount of each. I'm not sure how they get it when no one else can, but they seem like the go to place for the unusual and hard to find.
