I was actually called up on stage to help one of their acts and even that close I was amazed at the magic. it's a small intimate theater so all seats are good, but I'm glad we set in the second row for a hands-on experience. They completely set themselves apart from other companies due to the passion and heart that they put into ensuring your day is all you hoped and more. For example, I was blown away by our bridal party's flowers - they definitely were beyond my expectations. I showed Jimmy a screenshot of a bouquet that I loved and described a few small tweaks that I preferred, but also told him that nothing had to be exact if the flowers were difficult to find in the area and time frame. He called me to tell me about what they had come up with, including outsourcing some lilies, and assured me they were going to be great. Well, indeed they were! They were so incredibly similar to the picture and even better than I imagined. They continued to add so much color and vibrancy to our pictures throughout the night. They also had a wide variety of decor options that allowed us to personalize our setup (without the upgrade prices on every little thing like other companies we looked into). Everything was beautifully executed, but perhaps, one of my favorite parts of my wedding day experience with them was a message I received while getting my hair and makeup done (which was a bit behind in schedule - aka I was stressing). It was a picture of our setup with some comforting words to calm me - even while typing this it warms my heart remembering how it made me feel in that moment. This means you can choose from stencils of all sizes and patterns, stamp type devices to imprint designs, and best of all....a computer to search images that the studio will then image and re-size for you on the spot to have a custom stencil for your creation! I've tried painting my own wine glass, blah blah...hideous, but really I was in it for the experience. This studio raised the bar so much for me! Chelsey said she informed me at delivery that pick up was the next morning but there was never such a conversation. No effort was made to give a discount on the horrible charcuterie cups either.
