He charged $290 to re-caulk the shower, replace the door seal, and repair the drywall. He also claimed he found no moisture behind the wall using a moisture reader. Unfortunately, I noticed staining reappearing shortly after. After multiple delays and excuses, he returned months later and said a faulty gasket was likely the issue. I paid an additional $180 for the part and labor in January 2025. Despite repeated, polite follow-ups, he never returned to do the work and eventually stopped responding entirely. Now, in June 2025, we've discovered water stains on the kitchen ceiling -- directly under the same shower -- confirming an active leak and likely structural damage. If he had followed through promptly, we could have avoided what may now be a far more expensive repair. I'm out nearly $500 for incomplete and ineffective work, and I'm incredibly frustrated by the lack of accountability or follow-through. I would not recommend this handyman to anyone.

Then I got a few more emails from him, each very rude. I wrote saying to never mind and that he'd lost a job. DO NOT USE THIS MAN. If there was a negative rating, he would get that!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would…read more In advance of the painting of our deck, part of the agreement was to pressure wash the deck. No one asked them to pressure wash our sliding glass door, which they did anyway, and BROKE THE SEAL ON OUR DOUBLE PANED DOOR. Now moisture gets in between the 2 panels and we have constant moisture drips and "fog". The cost to replace this double paned sliding glass door is more than the entire paint job cost us. That would be bad enough, but their paint job was SLOPPY as heck, they did not seal it beforehand as agreed upon, and did not use the textured paint as agreed upon. We paid them, and then after they left the broken door seal became apparent after the first humid day. Then we realized they broke the water spigot attached to our home, they got paint all over our siding, gutters, and there are dry paint DRIPS all down the elephant feet of our deck. It looks HORRIBLE. The least professional paint job I can possibly imagine. We could have paid 2 teens in the neighborhood a 1/4 of the price and received a more professional job. We have sent photos and called TOM the business owner , only to be ignored. STAY AWAY or monitor the job CLOSELY. DO NOT RECOMMEND. WE WILL BE contacting BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU
