I was nervous, as I wanted everything to come out perfect and beautiful, but Ed was so courteous and professional that he put me at ease. He did a great job helping me to make a good flooring brand & color decision, and he put his best installer, Glenn, on our project, which turned out to be the highlight of our experience. Glenn did meticulously beautiful work and we were so happy with him. My husband says that sometimes you don't really know how reliable a company is until you see how they handle issues or mishaps. Well, a big issue came up near the end of our project, but they handled it with grace. In the end, we were charged fairly and left with absolutely beautiful flooring that completely transformed the look and feel of this home. Called them two weeks ago got a hold of Leah to come out and replace everything from toilet to…read moreseptic tank because of a clog came out five days later. Didn't even show up to the correct Address to begin with was then told that we have to dig up the pipe running from the toilet to the septic tank And he'll be back in two days. Two days later comes and replaces everything except septic tank This was on a Friday. Clog reappeared after 20 flushes or between 12 and 24 hours. Call back Monday because they are not open on Saturday and Sunday was told it would be Friday before they come out again. Friday came out snaked all the way to the septic. And again worked for about 20 flushes or between 12 and 24 hours. They are supposed to build me for that one. The first time they came out, the bill was $320. This time the bill is $150. I cannot keep calling them every other day to come and fix a clog that was supposed to be fixed the first time call them today Monday again got a hold of Leah telling her the problem. She had a nasty attitude telling me that when he left it was clear that that's just how their scheduling works when I ask for someone to come out today and she said they cannot. Then told her I'm not paying them to temporarily fix the clog but to completely fix the clog and told her that this is the third time me calling and everything has been replaced she wants to tell me I haven't paid when I'm supposed to be billed even said that she just got the invoice to bill me. She then wants to say that it was fixed when her technician left, but it was only temporarily fixed because the clog is still there she then goes onto tell me that. they can have someone out here tomorrow to fix the issue again for the third time but it's not a guaranteed fix because other things might be in play as roots in the septic tank or the Customer putting things down the toilet. I then tell her. The only thing that we've been putting down the toilet is waste material from the body and toilet paper that is meant to go in the toilet She then repeats herself saying she can have someone out here tomorrow if I want to be put on the schedule to fix it, but I will have to pay again. I tell her I cannot be paying for them to come out every 2 to 3 days and be calling every Other day for it to be a temporary fixed, she ignores me Puts me on hold then again doubles down on rescheduling, but I will have to pay. This is ridiculous for me to continuously pay for them to fix a clog. And get blamed that it's my fault for a clog that was supposed to be fixed and for her to have an attitude and nastiness in a professional work environment that she is in is unacceptable. They do not fix the issue that they were given to fix they temporarily do it and think that's good enough. Would not recommend this business to anyone for anything.

So they r undependable plumbing to me, not to mention, the workers are unlicensed, only the owner is licensed, so your expecting a licensed plumber and paying licensed plumbing prices and getting workers that are unlicensed. I want my money back from paying for the service charge to come out to give me an estimate that I NEVER received & had to call another plumber, total rip off!
