This is a newer home (four years old) with a flooded master bathroom on a Friday morning. Eighty year olds stumbling in the dark at night to the second far off bathroom for three days a problem. The first they could look at it Monday. After several calls that was going to be the best time. Lewis was at our door at exactly 8 AM, Monday. He looked at the toilet and saw a leaking supply line. He said he had one in his truck and I said replace it. He quickly did so. The one he replaced it with was braided steel, replacing a cheap plastic one so I ask if he had another to replace the same in our other bath if it was the same. He said he would check. He did and he did. He then went to the truck and made the bill. Travel to our home (less and one mile from their shop) $30. Labor $125 (labor rate $300/hour (I have Ring video times) parts $33+ I checked Amazon retail less than $12 for both. Very good service TOTAL time at property (including drive on and off) 27 minutes - total bill $188. So in my judgment three stars. Maybe send your kids to trade school not Yale.

Showed up after 6. We had an electrical fire and they decided not to install water heater. I let them know when electricity was back on and we set up a window of 1-3. Electric was on by 1. I asked some questions regarding how walls were sealed and the materials used. Dali answered all of the questions and agreed to my requests. He prepared each day with floor coverings and counter protectors. His install included rerouting some water and electric lines. He completed it with care. Plywood walls were hung, taped and sealed. He installed a new shower pan, shower walls, faucet, then shower doors. He never seemed rushed, but continued working. He demonstrated phenomenal workmanship and superior work ethics. He did everything promised and sought our approval throughout the entire project. He was respectful, pleasant and knowledgeable. He ended each day with cleaning up. He was always prompt, flexible and accommodating. We highly recommend and thank him for doing a great job.
