The only surprise was that, as he worked, he saw the deficiencies from other people's work and fixed them. He did not charge us for this. The quality of his work reflects an obsessive attention to detail. It's perfect. Dave replaced five bathroom faucets and a kitchen sink, completely overhauled two toilets, and installed a new cartridge in a shower fixture.
