Just picked up our 1/2 beef from Blalocks today. The people were very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to taste it!

Best steaks I've had in years. We stock our freezer with them every month or so, and it is always a treat when we have "Blalock's Night". Supermarket beef is a pale shadow of this delicious meat, and you can feel a little better about eating beef from local, well cared for cattle rather than from industrial herds. read more
