He was there from Saturday until the following Friday. When we picked him up the girl told us that he had almost peed on his bed that is ruined now because it is filthy from I don't know what???? and that he had pooped twice in his cage and had walked through it so they had to clean him up before they gave him back to us!!! Well after we got him home, upon further examination of our little guy we discovered that he was covered in feces!!! We were like WHAT THE HECK!!!! It was all up and down his legs and there was some on his ears as well!!!! Here's what I think happened....THEY DID NOT pay any attention to him and I do not think that they even checked on him while he was there from Saturday after they left for the day until they came back on Monday!!!! I think they didn't check on him hardly at all while he was there!!!! I think he basically slept in all of the filth that they were too lazy to clean up!!!! He was quite depressed as well when he got home!!!! I feel sorry for all the other dogs that were there as well!!!! Wondering how they were when their owners came to pick them up!!!! If I could leave a ZERO star I would because they certainly DO NOT deserve any because we do not believe they know how to care for our babies that are boarded there and We WILL NEVER board our baby there EVER again nor will we be using this veterinary clinic for his wellness shots any longer...so dissappointing!!!! Hope and pray that no one else has to experience this and they do better in the future!!!!

On the whole, this is a group of caring vets. When it comes to animals. Or at least we thought. We…read morewent to them for 2 years. However, Dr. Rausch made a rookie move in business. He lost a client because they didn't follow through on their promise to us was which was: Bring one cat in to be treated for fleas and we'll approve your online prescription for the other cats. I called two weeks ago and told them we needed a prescription the cheapest way possible through chewy.com or petco.com. Since we hadn't been in for awhile they told us to just bring ONE cat in to get the prescription. BAIT & SWITCH! We came in and spent $120 for a visit (to tell us something we already knew) and get treated for fleas. Then they backpedaled and Dr. Rausch decided that he was going to hold our prescription for RANSOM. They would only cooperate and write a prescription if we bought our bulk order from them. Overpriced. Without integrity. And in Dr. Rausch's attempt to "do business" he immediately lost a client. He'll try to say he "broke up with us" first to save face. It's not true. The fact of the matter is, a good businessman would focus on the health hazard, need, and ways to cut costs for their patients during times of out-of-control inflation. We would have been happy to order our treatment through them if they gave us a competitive price. But there was no such offer. They couldn't beat our $639 bill apparently. Greed never brings positive outcomes. We tried to get our prescriptions approved twice based on the promise given to us which turned out to be a false premise just to lure us back in. The second time our prescription was rejected they lied and said they hadn't didn't have our cats on record. Check again! Seraphina, Kojak and Miley all had their vaccines. So on top of everything else they lied for no other reason that they were salty we stopped coming to them often and they didn't want to help out! Atrocious to power trip when someone has a serious flea problem. Take accountability when someone in your office says they're going to do something! Doesn't matter if you agree with it or not. My advice to pet owners in this are: Save your money and vote with your dollars elsewhere. Arlington Vet Clinic is profit over patients. And there is no accountability. They are dishonest and there is zero accountability.

Dr. Gary's BEST BREED canine food is difficult to find but so well worth the effort to find it…read more Dr. Gary's seems as though they are committed to connect with retailers that are dedicated to customer/canine service, top-of-the-line product inventory and an appropriate sales volume reducing any chance of decreased value that would be incurred if having a long shelf life. Dr. Gary's BEST BREED is a very specific canine food with its design, development and Manufacturing. Not only is the ingredient list and the nutritional analysis so high compared to other retail brands for me a surprise that is so welcome is the very tight zipper closure to maintain storage for freshness and quality. I have two fur-babies that are both rescues. They each have very unique histories and one is allergic to a long list of identified allergens. I used a doctor written prescription for canine food that became an issue for a few reasons. I tried for a short window after that a shelved bagged canine food and wasn't pleased. I really did my research and found Dr. GARY'S BEST BREED. I tried a sample and the kids didn't have the GI struggle that often occurs when you shift their food intake. I met with company representatives, not sales folks, at a dog event and at that point I became a dedicated/committed/Vocal customer. Dr. Gary's BEST BREED doesn't spend money on an advertising budget. They don't need to. They know their product speaks for itself and word-of-mouth by convinced customers is the best compliment they can receive. Meeting the Dr. Gary's BEST BREED family and having that real Conversation will convince you that your fur-babies need to be treated with a unique, specific and genuine nutritional food. Investigate their website www.bestbreed.com Search your local retailers and that search alone will give you an updated review of retailers. PISTOL PETE and HEIDI LOU want your babies to be as healthy as they are because of the nutrition in their dry food. Their food along with the Pineapple juice and peanut butter they occasionally receive as treats seem to please them.

My adoption forms went through fine and all that was left was to have someone stop over to check on my house. About 20 minutes before they were supposed to show up a woman from the shelter called me to tell me that the cat which I had already filled forms out for first was already adopted! They need to be more organized and learn to respond back in a timely manner, I got off work early even and this was unacceptable.
