The room was very comfortable, and quite. Food was excellent, my complaints to the chef. The local people that came to the hotel for a drink were very friendly. And we had a lovely stay at this lovely old hotel. We enjoyed it so much that I intend to rebook for next years festive break. I must say at the outset that I haven't stayed here overnight but have been here several times to…read moreconferences. It does seem a lovely hotel with friendly staff and beautiful facilities. The Function Suite and smaller meeting rooms are ideal for business meetings, exhibitions, etc, as they are light and well equipped with presentation hardware, fax, internet points, photocopier and other facilities. The spa and pool, and the restaurant, all look very inviting!
