Working at a desk job for almost 11 years, I had a lot of tension in my upper shoulders and I have been a chronic neck cracker for years, too. After my appointment I felt like it was the first time I could really relax my shoulders in years. He gave me a computerized spinal analysis and it was really interesting to see the shape my neck was in and what areas really needed work. Feeling this good after one appointment really gives me hope for my overall wellness and I will definitely be a regular client moving forward.

At my 39 week OB appointment, I found out my baby was breech (normally babies are head down, but…read moremine was not.) I called Dr. Valerie Ellis to schedule an appointment and she was willing to see me that day. She was able to implement the Webster technique to loosen up my joints and ligaments as well as adjust my back to allow for the baby to hopefully turn to the correct position. Normally, this technique is implemented over a period of weeks. Unfortunately I was unaware of the baby's position until I was full term. However, after seeing Dr. Ellis just once I did have a successful version (they are normally only successful a little over 50% of the time) and the baby was able to be flipped into the head down position by my OB. I didn't mind this too much, but the service just confirmed my suspicions. Dr. Elaine also works as the office's bookkeeper and secretary. She called to inquire about my insurance policy and gave the customer service representative a horrible attitude from the start. Her husband, who is also a chiropractor there, was in one of the examination rooms, screaming at someone on the phone. He then proceeded to make his way to the front room and scream at his wife to give up on our insurance, after only five minutes on the phone with our policy holder. When we asked if they would be seeing us or not that day, due to the insurance situation, both Elaine and her husband began to scream over each other, in what I assume was an attempt to explain the situation. We explained that their attempts at explaining were unclear and proceeded to leave after they told us we wouldn't be able to find chiropractic services anywhere. All in all, this was a horrible experience with deplorable customer service. I can't say how efficient they are at their chiropractic services, since I didn't get to experience them, but if their attitudes are a testament to their care I would stay clear. Their screaming match gave me a panic attack, which they didn't seem to give a single care about. Also, they are not LGBT friendly, from the impression I recieved.

He won't have you continue to return for treatments if they are not necessary. I now go for maintenance treatments when required, but surgery was suggested to eliminate my back pain, but Dr. Bush with a few treatments, eliminated and reduced my back pain. I would highly recommend Dr. Bush over another chiropractor in the area. He is a healer and cares about his patients.

Looks more like a cross fit gym than a PT facility. This is a family run PT office which also adds to the experience. Eric is a wonderful therapist who truly is interested in seeing you recover. This is not a place where you do the same canned exercises where you walk in and you start on your own doing same exercises. Each visit is different which is so important to me. They have been instrumental in getting me back on my feet after a complex fracture and dislocation. So happy I came here. Highly recommend
