Trying to schedule even a basic appointment is a challenge in itself--you can expect to be on hold for 60 to 90 minutes, only to sometimes get disconnected or transferred without resolution. It's incredibly disrespectful of patients' time. The entire process feels driven by volume and billing rather than genuine care. Communication is poor, follow-ups are inconsistent, and there's little sense of urgency when it comes to patient needs. Instead of feeling supported, you're left feeling like just another number in a system focused on maximizing profit. A medical office should be a place where patients feel valued and cared for, but that is not the experience here. Between the excessive wait times just to speak to someone and the overall lack of efficiency and compassion, I would strongly encourage others to consider alternative providers.

I had my first adjustment today by Dr. Adam Ellis. I didn't really know what to expect but within…read moreminutes after completing the appointment, I felt a difference and it was great. Working at a desk job for almost 11 years, I had a lot of tension in my upper shoulders and I have been a chronic neck cracker for years, too. After my appointment I felt like it was the first time I could really relax my shoulders in years. He gave me a computerized spinal analysis and it was really interesting to see the shape my neck was in and what areas really needed work. Feeling this good after one appointment really gives me hope for my overall wellness and I will definitely be a regular client moving forward.

At my 39 week OB appointment, I found out my baby was breech (normally babies are head down, but…read moremine was not.) I called Dr. Valerie Ellis to schedule an appointment and she was willing to see me that day. She was able to implement the Webster technique to loosen up my joints and ligaments as well as adjust my back to allow for the baby to hopefully turn to the correct position. Normally, this technique is implemented over a period of weeks. Unfortunately I was unaware of the baby's position until I was full term. However, after seeing Dr. Ellis just once I did have a successful version (they are normally only successful a little over 50% of the time) and the baby was able to be flipped into the head down position by my OB. I had a beautiful baby girl with no complications thanks to the amazing efforts of both Dr. Ellis and my OB! Thank you for the professionalism and individualized care!
