However, the company representatives offered me only $100 -- a figure far below its fair market value. When I pointed out that the offer was unfair, they falsely claimed that my instrument was "fake" without providing any evidence. Furthermore, they treated me in a mocking and disrespectful manner. I find this behavior highly unprofessional, misleading, and degrading towards customers. My product may not be worth $1000 but it is being sold for $1250 online.
