The iced expresso was made exactly how I like it which was such a plus. Anytime I order an iced expresso with a splash of milk, I always get a latte and the girl got it right the first time. It was the best coffee. I came in for the first time and was welcomed warmly. I took a seat and enjoyed my breakfast and was able to work as well. They have WiFi and lots of seating! There was no one in line when we arrived and it took over 10 minutes to get 2 drinks. That wasn't the problem though -- their tapioca boba was not cooked/heated at all. We were excited to try the Thai Tea Boba drink, which the Thai tea was excellent. The boba was nasty. It crumbled and tasted like it was straight out of a bag. It was a hard square shape that wouldn't even go up a wide straw. Unfortunately that left a bad taste in our mouths (literally) and will likely return to try something else on the menu.
