They charged me for their bad installation over $450 just to fix their errors. The guy they sent out, no fault of his, said it happens all the time where the lines get dirt from cutting them in the first place and they are in too much of a hurry to clean them upon installation so they come back and make even more later! Then he looked at the four "zones" that the original supplier put in, said they were confusing the furnace, and offered to fix the system, which he then did.
