Terrible customer service! Owner Jeff Kemp is very rude and arrogant. Shoddy workmanship and dishonest practices. Had furnace installed by them and when it quit working a few months later they came out and cleaned out the drain tube to the squirrel cage fan that got plugged up by their installation debris and water collected shorting out the circuit board. They charged me for their bad installation over $450 just to fix their errors. The guy they sent out, no fault of his, said it happens all the time where the lines get dirt from cutting them in the first place and they are in too much of a hurry to clean them upon installation so they come back and make even more later! Our air conditioner was purchased only 2 years ago and needed services because it was making noise and not cooling the house. Whoever you have answering your phone is not pleasant to communicate with. When service did come to the house, the technician was extremely pleasant, we were told we had a leak. He did put freon in to get it working until he could come back the next week to fix. When the technician came back, he again was very pleasant and stated that while he had the cover off the air conditioner that he could clean it for us because the coils were dirty. I thanked him for what I thought was a nice gesture but when he was finished with the work, he stated that the airconditioner was still under warranty but that I was getting a bill for the cleaning!! $90.95 for hosing off the dirt. Had he stated the charge up front for this service it would have been declined. Very underhanded way of getting money for a job under warranty. read more

I don't suggest using these people for any custom jobs. They can't do it! My husband went in and asked if these people could bend thin aluminum tread plate....they said sure it will be ready next day....then the false excuses started coming in..4 days later oh our break machine can't bend it....soooo what took so long to determine that ? and why wouldn't a business owner already know that?...and if that machine could bend sheet metal everyone says it could bend thin tread plate aluminum. Sorry but please be up front and honest rather than putting people off with excuses. read more

They installed a new furnace and h-vac system in our home. We're on time and stayed true to the estimate. Had to call them back a couple years later to service a faulty part. Chris Digmann was the technician who came out to help us. He was a great guy who was clearly knowledgeable and professional. He was very open about allowing me to see what the problem was and worked with me to better understand my A/C system. It was essentially just a blown fuse and he diagnosed and repaired it in minutes. I was extremely pleased with his easy-going attitude and genuine concern he had for the job. He even checked the drainage system and made a suggestion for the future. The price was incredibly low ( $80 ) for such professional and honest service. I strongly recommend All Seasons Heating & Cooling for your home service needs. Had AS install a new boiler in my very old building. Dan came back today to fix some of the radiators that weren't working. He really cares about doing a good job and making sure I'm happy. All Seasons Heating and Cooling has consistently been an outstanding business for us to deal with over the last 20 years. They are a model for how to provide high customer value and quality. Prices are competitive, service is quick and thorough, and the personnel are professional - working to give customers excellent results. In the last year, our 20-year-old furnace began to wear out parts and stopped twice - unexpectedly and on cold days. The service response was within minutes or just a few hours even though the sudden cold had produced other customer service calls. In every case, the parts needed for the old furnace were on hand. For one part, If All Seasons had not had it in stock, the next closest part would have had to be shipped from Atlanta. The attention to service is remarkable. When I called about an intermittent problem, it had disappeared by the time the service technician arrived and was not diagnosable. In a few weeks, the deteriorating part finally failed consistently and All Seasons' response was quick. The new part was installed, and the labor billing for the first call was credited to the second call. These 20-year-old furnace failures prompted us to buy a new furnace which All Seasons supplied. The installation was complete in less than a day with no start-up problems. We found several improvements made in line routing that could have been left as-is. Another example of All Season's attention to customer results: during an annual furnace check, the technician finished quickly and asked what else could be checked before he left. We have two gas hot water heaters. To my surprise, the check revealed problems. Considerable debris had accumulated on one burner head. Also, air vents that I had overlooked for years on the other hot water heater were partially plugged. Both were quickly corrected. before the technician left. read more
