I hired this company to install a new concrete sidewalk in front of my home (completed May 26)…read more Upon returning from vacation, I discovered that my irrigation system -- directly adjacent to the new sidewalk -- had a punctured pipe and a missing sprinkler head. A certified irrigation specialist documented in writing that the damage was caused by the sidewalk construction. What troubles me most is not the damage itself -- accidents happen in construction. What is unacceptable is what happened next: I made repeated attempts to contact this company via text, phone, email, and certified mail. I received zero response. Complete silence. I have now filed a formal complaint with the Colorado Attorney General's office. If you are considering hiring this company, please know that once they are paid and the job is done, you may be entirely on your own if anything goes wrong. A contractor's integrity is not measured only by the work they do -- it's measured by how they respond when something goes wrong. This company failed that test completely.
