They did what was quoted without seeing the project. were flexible when I accidentally told them too small of square feet of sod, and were the best price on the market. They replaced two fence posts and built a simple swing gate. I provided most of the wood, all the hardware, paint and welded wire that tops the cedar slats. Overall quality was average to above average. Pricing was higher than many others. Poor communication about what they were going to build was a problem. Three showed up. They worked for 2 1/2 hours. PROS: * Fast. Samuel returned my call for a quote on the first try. * Fast. Samuel came over the next day to size up the property for the jobs I needed to be done. * Flexible. I was clear I had work I needed to be done in phases. Later, I discovered one job would need additional approval from HOA and he was fine with that. CONS: I did not experience any cons with Samuel. Jobs: I had three projects I needed help with. With time having escaped me (already 6 months into the year), I just needed to get stuff booked and executed. These projects: * Mulch. I needed mulch to be reapplied to the entire property. * Fencing. Though they specialize in wood, he did offer to take a look at the type of metal paneled fencing I was interested in. See, flexible! * Irrigation. I had a lady crash into my home a few weeks ago. No structural damage to the house, but I did have broken sprinklers. In this heat, not good! * Irrigation. I needed also to have two zones added. Samuel was just chill and relaxed. Quite possible a true "what do you need, and we'll see what we can do for you." Unfortunately, due to the timing of a few things, I could only immediately execute one job (mulch) while the others wait for approval. Samuel was precisely on time. Not early. Not late. And his execution estimate was accurate, too. He did a great job and competitive prices. Please note that Samuel may not respond immediately. He was out there doing the work with his team. I appreciate that and it is something I noticed while he and his brother (?) were getting the job done. I would definitely recommend this business.
