First, over several months, they continued to schedule me for cleanings during my work meetings when I kept requesting a more convenient time. Because they couldn't accommodate that, I continued to put up with their schedule. Then simply because I traveled for the summer, they decided that I'd have to restart as a totally new client in the Fall failing to accommodate the august 17 cleaning service I had scheduled with them since July. Rather than try to work together on a solution, they went on a rant about a price increase instead. I will never recommend them to friends from here on out and will use another service.
