It was a great experience. Because of that, we called Next Plumbing again to install a new kitchen faucet and bidet, move our old bidet to another bathroom, and reset a toilet. This time, they sent a plumber named Jonah. He arrived after 9:00 a.m. on March 3, 2026, and worked until nearly 7:00 p.m. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. Jonah installed our new Lowe's faucet without the required base ring and simply said it wasn't in the box after only a brief look. We later discovered the faucet handle hung over the sink, the bidet was jammed against the toilet tank, and the decorative caps for the toilet bolts were missing. Although Jonah returned with another plumber and corrected the faucet position, they still forgot the toilet bolt caps. Even worse, they removed the sensor valve that worked with our hot water recirculation pump, leaving us without the instant hot water we previously had. When I called Next Plumbing, I was told the parts had been thrown away and would be replaced. As of today--142 days later--that still hasn't happened. We were also required to pay the full $906 before Jonah left on March 3, 2026, yet 142 days later we still have not received an invoice. Our first experience with Next Plumbing was excellent. Our second experience was disappointing, with poor workmanship, missing parts, unfulfilled promises, and no invoice despite full payment.
