Adequate windows, but they hire 3rd party installers. So depending on who does your install, the…read morewindows leak. The first set of sliding doors, we bought 3, of the 3 section doors. Installed by Steve, look great and don't leak. Dining room floor to almost ceiling window leaks. It was installed by a different installer. WW was incredibly nasty when we called for help with the leaky window. They blamed our siding! Well the doors and other window that was installed by Steven which don't leak, has the same siding! So stupid. Hardwood floor ruined from the leaks, WW didn't care. Cost us 900usd to repair hard wood floor. So, beware, spent so much time and energy trying to get this fixed. Still leaks. I don't recommend Window World because the success of your job depends on who they hire to install them.

Just to give you an update, it is now December 8th and still no replacement window from August…read moreinstall. And, surprise not 1 phone call from window world keeping me updated. Without exception I have been the one to call them every step of the way! So, the 8 to 10 weeks turns into 16 plus weeks. Just a reminder I placed my original order in January of this year. Believe me when I say this, I'm letting everyone know just how good Window World really is! So far 2 neighbors have chosen different companies for their new windows. The owner won't return my call.
