BUYER BEWARE!!!! On 11/29 at 10:00 pm I purchased 2 disposable vapes for a total of $40.00+ ($8.99 each online-what a markup!) and went out to car to try them and 1 did not work so I went back in and asked for a replacement and when I showed him it does not work the bald dude said it does too work and I cannot get a replacement. I went out to the car and got the 1 that did work and showed him the difference and he still insisted it worked when it clearly didn't. there was another customer by the counter and I asked him if he would mind trying them both and see if they both work and when he tried them both he said "1 works but the other one does not" then the bald guy told the customer who tried the vapes he had to leave the store right away and not in a polite way at all. finally he said he would give me a discount "if I buy another" and I asked how much would the new 1 cost and he said $14.00 (after I just paid $20.00 for the broken 1). I finally told him he sells crappy pieces of sh*t and knows it and does not care about customer satisfaction and I proceeded to walk outside. when I got outside I turned around and he followed me outside and got right in my face about 12 inches apart like he was going to fight me and stood there for about 30 seconds face to face with me and I said "what, do you want to fight me? hit me, you still sell crap" then I turned and got in my car Not the 1st time I purchased from there but it will be the last. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE, OWNER NEEDS TO GET SOMEONE ELSE TO RUN STORE. BALD DUDE VERY RUDE EVERY TIME YOU GO IN THE STORE-NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS! There was someone else working there about a year ago who was very helpful and courteous (I think the owner) but have not seen him in there in awhile, what a shame he has someone ruining his business. I would have went to The Cheap Store on 100 but they close at 8 pm, they have disposable vapes that you get 1800+ puffs out of and it only cost $17.00 (not $20.00) WITH AN EXCHANGE POLICY IF IT DOES NOT WORK and the customer service is much better (no short bald dude with an attitude) and never had 1 not work for me. read more

The atmosphere of this place is calming and very well put together as well Family oriented. Eli and moe are genuine real and respectful men, always looking out for his guest. Eli has simple logical rules regarding the sales of his merchandise, that most people tend to be disrespectful towards, yet Eli is still very generous with those people. read more
