Walked in today as a first time buyer and no one was upfront. While looking for assistance to pick up my mobile order, a worker in the back stated, "I will be right with you!" While waiting for assistance, I sat in the waiting area with the other customers. After 15+ minutes fly by, another customer walks in and walks up to the front also looking for help and a worker immediately runs up to help him place his walk-in order...really? Unsure if it was a form of discrimination or disrespect but I decided to look for other dispensaries in the area instead of waiting for an order that was supposed to be available before I arrived. Was supposed to get a delivery order that never came. I called the day after it was supposed to come and they told me it would be there that day. Still no delivery. A week later I call because there system shows it's completed yet it has still not been received. Call center provided zero information and said local store would call with update , and they still haven't. Call center is useless. Local branch is useless. My very first dispensary experience and what an absolute failure!! Placed an online order, received email confirming receipt. Several hours later I walk in and was told, "it was cancelled", but couldn't explain why. "I'll put it in now and text you when there's about 10 people ahead of you". No text, no email, 0 help from chat line due to " computers down for maintenance" ( DURING THEIR FRIDAY BUSINESS HOURS!!!!!!!). COMPLETE AND TOTALLY INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT!! These stories are half correct, from working in the place , as I no longer do, they Basically forced employees to leave, took away hours , benefits and couldn't even give us a good discount. That is why you people waited!!! They wanted 2-3 employees on!! So now that everyone was forced out , now they can pay 13.50 again!!! They can do that for two years , in two years minimum wage changes !! They made it horrible for us workers!!! And you Patients. Now they have plenty of people working for what you can't live on ! All the prior reviews are accurate. Employees are super friendly but this place is inadequately staffed and does not have the appropriate processes in place. Even with an advance Online order I still waited over 40 minutes. There should be at least an additional employee who checks in people and is in charge of the online orders. I don't even see any jobs posted for budtenders so they must want to keep it inadequately staffed and that's super disappointing. read more

The staff is courtesy and friendly. I've always had a great experience with them in that regard. However I do have to say I agree that the wait times lately has definitely been horrible. Regardless of when I go or even if I do the check in ahead, the wait time has not been less then an hour. I feel bad for people who try to get in and out on a tight schedule. I really hope they figure something out fast because if they open another dispensary nearby they are going to lose a lot of business. Got to the door a little after 8 pm. Doors locked, but people were pouring out. The person there said they have to make sure everybody is out by 9 p.m. I checked in online and got bounced out of the queue. There were around 12 people waiting inside. I watched 8 pour out by 8:20 p.m. Look elsewhere or if you work, make sure you get there early. The lobby was basically empty by 8:35 p.m. People spend a lot of money to maintain their license so they can shop during your listed store hours. I have tried it all with this place to avoid a wait. This is the first dispensary I go to where there are over 10 staff members and always a 30-45 min wait. I don't understand it as I never experience this in any other dispensary I've been to. I've tried placing online orders to avoid waiting and even after checking in, I've had to wait. What's the point of offering express pick up service if it's not express? Today was the last straw, as I waited for my online order that was ready for pick up since yesterday, there was a gentleman expressing how upset he was by the wait, the hostess was so rude to him that I mentioned to him I've experienced the same so that he didn't feel singled out. Your rude hostess proceeded to give us passive aggressive comments about us having a better day when we leave with a packed lobby staring at her. This location gets a bad rap mostly due to general misunderstanding. They have a lot of customers so during rush hours there's a wait, but the staff never fail to be polite and accommodating despite the hustle. The bud tenders all know the sales well and are really there to help you save money and enjoy your experience. Ashley is always a big help, super polite but easy to talk to and find something perfect for whatever I need. Seriously give them a chance and have a bit of patience, they take care of their own Edit: To those upset for the extra card charge, cannabis is federally illegal and therefore cannot be purchased on card. 12 out of 10. "Green Friday" ended up coinciding with my day off, so it was my mistake going on a busy day. Not a problem, they took down my phone number and they were going to text me when they were ready. After about 45 minutes and no text, the armed security professional found me, asked if I was waiting. Apparently there was a problem with some of the texts. It's a non-issue with me. The reason this place stands out is the security took it upon themselves to be proactive for customer services purposes. As far as inside, the cashier? Barista? Kelly has be extremely helpful - asking if I'm getting what I need out of what I purchase. Being a novice I've explained some strains are for adhd, some for insomnia, some for back pain. She's brought up what would help with what, never "pushing me" to buy anything. Again. 12/10. read more

I have been coming to Trulieve in Palm Coast for about 5 years and have always been satisfied with my purchases. Well, I tried something new, and I was not happy with the results of the medicine, I purchased. So, while I stewed over this for about a week and went to my Trulieve for supplies and was being helped by "Deara". I told her my story about my dissatisfaction, and she told me to bring it back and I could exchange my unused portion. Well needless to say I was shocked of this awesome customer concern for my satisfaction by Trulieve. I am a stockholder in Trulieve and I am happy for this. Well, I went to Trulieve today and with no problems I was able to exchange, and no supervisor and 5th degree needed. I was treated with the utmost respect and Deara has created a good raving fan of Trulieve. I will be a customer of Trulieve until I go to the great dispensary in the sky. i made a deluvery order Monday Dec. 18. i received an order confirmation the same day. I was told the order was to be delivered on 12-22 a Friday. On 12-22 I called customer service at Trulieve to get a time delivery estimate and was told they were pausing deliveries from Friday 12-22 until 12-26. Not good and bad faith on Trulieve's part. I love Trulieve products! I am a regular! The employees are knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful! Great prices! My only complaint is their online (flower) ordering. Every single time that I go online to place an order for flower, I get "This product is currently out of stock in your chosen store" message, but when I go into the store, I am told that they have many different types of flower. The newest or current flower packages never make it online. Not sure why they have an app or online ordering when there is never any flower to order, unless you go to the store in person. read more

They send text alerts but they rarely have the product. They talk of sales and they don't have the product. This happens numerous times. And its not like I go at the end of the day. I normally go between 10 and 12. This is retail 101. Have enough product. This place is a disappointment since it opened. Also, sometimes when you buy dry flower, the security top is opened, not glued down. So I always make sure the guy opens the top to make sure the security top is on. Like everyone else, the staff seem nice for the most part BUT the wait time is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! Not to mention out of stock on lower priced items. Only complaint I have about staff is when you have 3 people working the back and a hour and a half wait time even on express, the staff doesn't seem to pick up the pace, also don't leave and take an hour lunch break so now there's 2 people in the back. The wait is ridiculous and scares me that it's gonna be like this all the time cuz everyone has a MMC in Palm Coast. But here's a suggestion, have more people working and one register for walk-ins another for pick-up and another for express... I don't know! It's bad for staff when they look bad because it's so busy... You can see who has good work ethic and who doesn't... I struggle with constant change, so being able to ask for someone that know & remembers or what I'm looking for that would help me the most.
