You go in and go out in a very narrow shared space. And there are parking spots quite near this in and out space, further crowding movement to and fro. As you are entering after turning from Dana there is very little to distinguish where the entrance is, perhaps due to local ordinance. A simple bright stripe (for instance) on the very edge of the building would distinguish where it all takes place. Which gets to the heart of the matter... The selection and the pricing of the products offered is well worth the trip. But I'll stock up the next time to limit those other experiences. The one star off is due to the parking lot situation. Simple fixes would make it safer and more welcoming.

We were in the area and my Mr. wanted to switch carriers. This was the closest Verizon nearby. I…read moredidn't want to go to either Kenwood or Oakley because I I knew we were going to wait a long time. So this came up on google so we decided to check the it out. We were greeted by Randy. From there, everything was quality service. He was patient and explained all the options/plans they had to offer. Since my Mr. was switching and was a new customer, he was eligible to get a free phone. He was able to get the IPhone 12 mini for free. We were even able to bundle up so we can save money monthly. So I started to think about how old my phone was and asked Randy tons of questions. He was able to get me $350.00 off IPhone 14 Pro. Both me and my Mr was able to transfer our data from our old phone to the new one with no problem. My Mr. had some hiccups along the way with AT&T, however at the end, we were able to come up with a solution. While Randy was helping us, there were some customers that came in and he started to get busy. He didn't loose his cool and was friendly to everyone. He took care of tasks one at a time. I was pretty impressed with how he handled everything . Eventually, he got help when Jason walked in. He too was also knowledgeable and gave good service. We were in there longer than expected but we left happy with new phones and still saved money monthly.
