It was still in the GNC bag and nothing was opened along with the receipt. He called the store and was told to call corporate for a refund. After doing so he got permission to do a return from GNC corporate. Upon going to the store they refused to accept the items. Telling him the owner wanted him to do the return at a corporate store almost a two hours round trip away, because the owner didn't want to do the return. Bad service on their end. Do not shop here. Go to a different GNC.

Another thing making this place better is the service is better. The staff at GNC often have no clue, but here you can ask questions and learn something. I recommend this over the chains. Look for lots of sales the first 2 weeks in November because Whole Foods is not moving products! We buy our grass fed beef there and most organic fruit and veggies. Store is well laid out. Clean and inviting. Checking out is a breeze. Parking is pretty easy even though this is probably the busiest and only shopping mall in town. Just be prepared for a slight walk on high traffic times like afternoons and weekends. Based on my experience I'd highly recommend this business. You guys are doing a great job. Not all Whole Foods are. And you can tell this one takes things seriously and is for the customer!
