In fact, Rex was so helpful and understanding that I feel obligated to edit this review, and post a new one as though my scene with Austin never happened, so here it is: Worth the drive. Nestled in beautiful Sumpter, the Nug' is a great stop for a scenic day trip. Manager Rex has a good handle on the employees; most everyone seems happy to help find product and answer questions! His customer service is some of the best I've ever interacted with. Their product selection is fair, and there are several ways to add discounts to your basket. Nice establishment, beautiful drive in. Apparently little altercations like mine very very rarely occur, so I wouldn't expect your visits to go like mine did. Thanks, Rex!
