My Venmo history shows multiple tip payments to her directly going back months, separate from the cost of services. I tip generously and I tip consistently because I value good work and I value the people who do it. I am not a one time customer looking to cause problems. I am a loyal client who expected to be treated as one. At my most recent appointment I paid $344 plus a $65 tip and left with a visibly uneven haircut. One side is significantly longer than the other as you can see in the photos attached. This is not a styling issue. It is a significant and visible error. When I raised my concern I was initially told it might just be the way my hair was styled. It is not. The only solution offered was to cut the longer side shorter to match. That removes length I do not want to lose and is not a correction. It is a compounded mistake. When I asked for a cost breakdown I was told the haircut portion was $22. The salon's own published pricing lists haircuts at $70. What hurts most about this situation is not the mistake. Mistakes happen. What hurts is that after months of loyalty and over $160 in tips alone I was met with deflection, a dismissive remedy, and ultimately a flat refusal to issue any refund. That is not how you treat a loyal customer. I have been told the manager will be available Wednesday and I have been invited to come in at that time. I am giving this salon the opportunity to make this right and I will update this review based on how that conversation goes. I came to She Loves Hair Salon because I trusted them with my hair and my money. I hope Wednesday gives me a reason to continue that trust. I genuinely hope my update tells a different story than today.

I was referred to her by my massage therapist that works in the same office as her. I am so glad that I went to her! Itzel was very friendly and her room was clean and welcoming. She made sure to clean up my eyebrows only and did not try to alter the shape like other estheticians have done in the past, which have ruined my brows. She really knows what she is doing and listens to what you want. $15 to have my eyebrows waxed by Itzel was totally worth it!
