The unprofessional response tells the story: Hi, I had the carpets cleaned last week as I was vacating my rental property. The job was good except for a mistake made by your operator. It appears he wheeled the machine from the tiled kitchen area across the wet carpet in the dining room once he had finished. As you can see from the attached photos, the wheels left dirty track marks on the carpet. I need this rectified as soon as possible as I have vacated this rental property and the agent needs this fixed prior to new tenants moving in. RESPONSE Hi John, We do not place our machines on the carpet. This mark appears to be caused by a piece of furniture being dragged over the carpet while the carpet was still damp. It is not a fault of ours as we never allow the machines to be on the carpets and we especially wouldn't drag them across and damage the job that we have just completed. MY REPLY Thank you for your response. What you are suggesting is that I have gone back to the completely empty house, arranging for a piece of furniture to be delivered and then dragged it back out over the damp carpet. Yes you have caught me out. This is a scam I run every 10 to 15 years when I move out of a house. Come on now. I actually saw where the machine was positioned prior to the last part of the job being completed. And then I saw him wheel it out of my garage when I was next to my car at the front of the house. I had to open the house to let him in to do the job and then close it when he finished. The house was empty of any furnishings. Why don't you come to the house with the operator and get him to show you how he got the machine into the garage from the dining room. Your response to my request to have the job rectified is not satisfactory. I will take this further. I shall of course be passing on my review of your unprofessional service to everyone that will listen.

He confirmed my couch was damaged by intense scrubbing, took pics stating he'd submit report to management. Days later I called Dean who now wanted nothing to do with my matter & refused to give me an email to submit a written complaint, saying he didn't know email address and to phone their offshore call centre! Brendan invoiced me for $700 via email on 14th May, the invoice states it's to be paid within 7 days. On the 19th of May (5 days later) I got a harassing email saying he will be involving lawyers and I will need to pay his legal fees. I paid immediately, and I did communicate to Brendan that his invoice says 7 days for payment (no response). Brendan said he called and emailed me several times, however I did not receive one call or email - funny that. I wouldn't recommend his services. Yes, the carpet cleaning was good however, no one deserves to be harassed for payment within their legal time frame to pay.

Refused to come and clean it before the real estate inspected it, only after (no doubt so they could do the bare minimum so i could pass my inspection) After the final inspection i gave them an itemized list of what to do, they made an appointment for the following day to ammend it. Didn't even show up. I asked for a partial refund and they refused to give back even a quarter of what i paid and i'm still waiting on them to send me a receipt for the tiny amount they refunded after asking multiple times. No receipt no money yet. I would rate 0 if i could i don't think my experience could've been worse. I'm going to be out almost $800 between paying them and the costs to pay someone else to redo their terrible job.
