I am leasing (which I did one time payment) a 2024 Jeep Wrangler Gas/electric, I have received 3 re-calls on this vehicle and Bleecker can not fix any of them "Jeep has not figured it out yet", I BROUGHT JEEP INTO TO SERVICE BECAUSE A "WRENCH WITH LIGHTING BOLT APPEARED ON MY DASH, UPPER LEFT CORNER,THE NEW SERVICE MANAGER JEFF SAID "OH THAT APPEARS WHENEVER YOU START VEHICLE", HOW STUPID DO THEY THINK I AM?? the worst re-call is the electric battery (WRENCH WITH LIGHTING BOLT) can catch fire or explode, so I was instructed the rent a vehicle from Enterprise rental pay for it myself and the bank (holding lease would send me a check every month), Bleecker says there is nothing they can do. I purchased a vehicle, 2018 Dodge Ram from Bleecker Chevrolet in January of 2023. I recently had an engine coolant issue and was told that the head gasket was bad. When the vehicle was being diagnosed the technician told me that the vehicle had a junk yard engine in it. After further investigation it was also determined that the engine replacement had been done there prior to being put on the lot for sale. When I bought the vehicle, I checked the CARFAXinc report and there was no mention of this on the report. Picture attached. I purchased "AS IS" which Robert Boswell ( manager at Bleecker) has made abundantly clear to me. I did buy the extended warranty and the repairs are covered. This does not change the fact that I think this was very deceptive as I was not told about the repair nor was it available in research. The vehicle had 71933 miles on it at time of purchase but there is no traceability on how many miles were on the used engine. I have asked for and been declined for them to buy the vehicle back and refund my warranty money. I expect this from small independent lots but not a franchise dealership. My advice is to stay clear. I will be happy to share all correspondence from the dealer management as well as the NCDOJ. read more

I have no rating to select for this place!! They sold my mom a whole lemon! They took advantage of a woman that they saw came in alone and sold her a shell!!! She put 10G on a vehicle that had major issues, gasket needs to be replaced it has an oil leak, the air conditioner didn't work, it was blowing cold air the day she test drove it because it was cold outside! The car also had issues with the suspension system and look like it had been wrecked. There was numerous other things wrong with it! She found this out when she took it to a mechanic in Clinton. Tire went flat It had a nail in it. She took it back and they so called fixed some things. Except the gasket (lol). I wouldn't ride in one of there cars if they gave it to me for free!!! They have no dignity! My mom already had enough issues with fighting Lung Cancer and stressing over her wasted money on what they called "You bought it as is!" then wanted her to put 3000 more down on a warranty. Now she still has to spend 600 more dollars to get the gasket fixed. She's only had the car 2 months! This place is a JOKE! Nothing good comes from conniving, scammers. read more

I had a Ford Explorer, I loved my Explorer but things were starting to break, even though we didn't have a car payment we were starting to spend $$$ on the Explorer. I was going to look at another vehicle at another dealership when I saw a pretty Red Blazer. I called my husband told him I was going to look at it. When I got to Bleeker, it was pulled up front wanting for me to test drive. Rico was the salesman, I took the Blazer for a test drive and I was in love!!!!! Rico and I went back to the dealership told him where I wanted my payments, him and Kevin, the finance manager made sure the payments were where I wanted them to be. They made everything so easy, I drove my "new to me" Blazer (2019) that night. The next day my husband and I returned so he could sign paperwork and could take care of the title stuff. I have never purchased a vehicle that it went this smoothly!!!! Monday my check engine light did come on, I called Rico, I took in. Kevin took my keys went to the service department, it was the thermostat. They gave me a loaner vehicle till mine was fixed. It took two days, but they did not charge me anything. They stood behind their product. I had to visit another Chevrolet dealership because the battery in my car fob was low so I went to the other dealership since I was closer at the time and to see how their service and part department was, let's say I was not impressed. They made me feel as if I was bothering them. No I did not buy my vehicle there but if I needed work done to my Blazer I may would have taken it to them no, where I live the distance from my house to Bleeker and the distance from my house to the "other" dealership is about the same. With that being said Bleeker will be getting my business. If you are looking for a vehicle, give them a try, they will listen to you and they will work with you. After talking to a few people close to my family, that is where they purchased their truck from Rico and Kevin, their son purchased his truck from them as well. I have had so many compliments regarding my Blazer. It was 5yrs old but one cannot tell it is 5yrs old. Everyone who has seen is shocked that it is 2019 because of how well it was taken care of. My husband and I looked at the KBB price they were only asking $800 over KBB. What I got was a Red 2019 Blazer RS fully loaded with 69,000 miles on it. I am so glad I saw it pop up on my FB feed. Rico is very knowledgeable about the vehicles, showing me the features and what it could do. Kevin the finance manager knows his stuff!! He answered our questions and he was honest with us. There is no more coffee in the lobby :/ . For me that wasn't too much of an issuer because McDonalds is next door and they have vending machines with cold coffee. There was a customer that was very mad about it and all the employees said was we use to have one and now we don't. I go to Bleecker for oil changes because the other dealership in Fayetteville took a sharpie to my truck but all the Chevy dealerships seem to have a very low standard with customer service and vehicle servicing. read more

If I could give zero stars I would, this place has TERRIBLE customer service! The salesperson Jose Andrade was very unprofessional and rude, he refused to sell a car to a family member who has a skin condition called vitiligo. Andrade discriminated against him and stated that it was "suspicious" that his ID didn't match how he currently looked. Any educated person would know that this condition tends to progress over time, with larger areas of the skin losing pigment. Very disappointed with this company and will not be doing business here. Had to wait an hour for the shuttle after dropping off my vehicle. Never received a call stating my vehicle was done. Called to see if it was done at 3:40 and was told it has been done, asked for the shuttle and was told the stop at 3. Then while driving on 95 in Virginia I feel a vibration, pull off and find loose lug nuts on the passenger rear tire. Tightened 7 out of 8, the last one had a loose stud. Tires were never torqued, just installed with an impact causing the stud to spin. 3.5 hours later and a repair bill from another to shop to fix the mistake I was back on the road. read more

Great place to buy a car! I was treated great during the entire process. I started there with having my GM vehicle serviced as I work in the area. Donna in the service dept is just great. She goes out of her way to work me in even when I have something unexpected crop up. My 2 new Chevrolet vehicles are just fantastic and the best value GM has to offer! The new sales manager went well outside of his way to make sure that I was happy with my purchases. I think I remember him as Mr Warren. Anything I asked him was covered well and with confidence. I recently purchased at 2014 Chevy Malibu. It was my first "adult" purchase since completing an extensive post graduate program and landing my first "adult" job. To say the least, I was terrified of taking on a car payment. My salesperson was Jose Andrade and he was very patient with me. He showed me three vehicles that were within my comfort zone as far as payments were concerned. He took the time to allow me to test drive each vehicle and answered all of my questions regarding maintenance, fuel efficiency--you name it! He did not try to oversell me on upgrades I did not need. He respected my requirements and made sure I had a vehicle that met those needs. He was very professional throughout the entire experience. On the finance end, Lee and Robby were great! They helped me find adequate financing for my purchase. I was given time to read each page of the deal and again, they answered any questions I had. While I finished up in the finance office, my new vehicle was washed, waxed, provided with a full tank of gas, and set up for me to begin my On-Star Welcome. My experience with Bleecker was pretty horrible. When I went in they were almost completely empty but still it took hours for me to purchase my car. They used every trick in the book and were impossible to work with. The salesmen were apparently not knowledgeable, the finance manager was extremely slow, and the service director was downright rude. I had to speak with her several times on the phone and she never greeted me. She was extremely unhelpful, and clearly lied through her teeth several times. She made me feel as though I were an affliction instead of a customer. Will not be returning. Very disappointed. read more

Don't waste you're time and money here. These people operate with no integrity or morals. When my associate came here to purchase a car and test it out, she immediately raised her concern about the brakes as she felt that there was something wrong. The salesman assured us that it was completely fine, and we had nothing to worry about. Not even a week of driving it, the car broke down in the middle of the highway. They brushed off our concerns and assured us the car was safe, when in fact it was not. These people are completely without morals. On top of that when she went to buy the car, she was alone, so she told the salesperson that she won't be able to buy that car that day as there will be no one to drive it back since she still had her own car. They told her that they will help her drive it back. Guess what? They didn't. A couple days later we had to go down ourselves to get it. Another issue was regarding the plate. They said they would mail the plate to us. A week later I gave them a call and ask if they had my address, they said they did. After still not receiving it, I called again and they assured me they would mail it out and that they had my address. A while later, I gave them another call and they said they don't have my address. These people are incompetent and you can't trust what they say. My temp plate is about to expire, it's been a month shy of two days since I've brought the car, and still no plate. They're full of empty promises. I called today to express my frustrations only to have the manager yell at me. read more

I set up an appointment to have new front tires installed on my camaro and stated I would need an alignment. The receptionist told me everything was set and gave me a time. I showed and dropped my car off so the work could be completed. After a little while I was notified that my vehicle was ready for pick up. I was surprised at the speed and asked that if all the work was completed. The receptionist said it was. Still surprised by the speed I again asked if it was all done including the alignment. Then the receptionist told me that they hadn't done an alignment even though I had an entire conversation on the phone with her about needing one. She told me that their machine was broken and apparently had been broken for some time. This bothered me because I specifically asked for it and drove 35 minutes to get to the dealer. The receptionist told me I could come back during the work week when the machine was fixed. I again informed her that I do not live in the area and I work during the work week. At that point she had a glazed over look on her face with no other suggestions. At that time one of the salesmen over heard our discussion and said he could contact another dealer and see if they could fit me in that day. I took his suggestion not knowing that the other dealer, a subaru dealer, was located 20 minutes pasted my house. Additionally they charged me $30 more than any chevy dealer would have for the same job. All said and done I spent $30 dollars extra, wasted nearly 4 hours of my day and drove around nearly 100 miles because the person running YOUR service desk doesn't know what she is doing, doesn't know what services your shop offers and is making false promises for work. read more

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! I would give them ZERO stars if I could! Purchased a 2013 Honda Crosstour from them 2 months ago. Had some minor paint work that needed to be done, and I was assured it would be fixed. The first time I brought it back, the guy did a poor job and apologized. I actually had to call the sales rep to find out what happened. So I brought it back a second time. The second time, the painter didn't show up, even though the sales rep confirmed the appointment the day before. The sales rep then assured me that someone would travel to my house/work to do the job. After numerous calls, and finally getting in touch w/ the GM, I had an appointment. The painter showed up, said he would need to do it at another location, so we set it up for my house the following weekend. He never showed up. So, I'm back to calling on the dealership, who now doesn't return my calls. (The GM, sales manager, and sales rep...none of them return calls.) They want to pick my car up (which is what they wanted to do when they were selling me this car), and drive it 90 minutes away for them to fix their bad job at their location. I'm actually willing to drive it down there, but they won't call me back. They are horrible. I could name names in this, but I won't. Just stay away from them. One other lesson learned....if you don't take my advice and stay away, and would like something fixed by them, make sure it's fixed before you pay for it. read more
