Every time Bill charges me a very modest retainer and often gets very close to the desired result. I will say these important things about Bill to anyone looking to retain him; he is not going to overshoot on your case i.e. dont expect him to suggest you go for custody when the most prudent course of action is to have the court enforce the current order; understand that while yes he works for you, YOU need to be actively involved in your case, he is only going to do what he can do with the information you provide him, i suggest HIGHLY you make a timeline or bullet-points for important information for him; he does not coddle you, understand if you messed up he is going to tell you. my experiences are of his work for me over 7-8 years in the Yuma County Superior Courts for Family Law issues.
