After I called to place my order, she sent me a text message confirming my food selections, the price, and the pick up date and time. She also sent me thorough instructions explaining that due to Covid-19, I should call when I get there, remain in my vehicle, and they would bring the food out to me. I was given the option to pay with cash, credit card, CashApp, or Venmo. I chose Venmo and this further confirmed that there was absolutely no contact! From the first email to the days following the event she and her team were unendingly professional, courteous, and pleasant. She responded very quickly to emails with detail changes. I was particularly impressed with how much time and attention she gave us, both at our initial meeting at her office and later on for a walk-through of our outdoor reception site. She offered lots of extremely helpful information from her experience with weddings that allowed us to avoid numerous pitfalls up to and during the reception.
