From beginning to end, on very short notice, they were a pleasure to work with--super fast communication, clear options, very personable. Most importantly, the FOOD! It was fantastic! I was expecting serviceable sandwiches and salads and some cut up fruits and veggies, but what I got was beautiful presentation and absolutely DELICIOUS quality. Even avowed foodies were satisfied. We were completely delighted with the special Valentine Meal To Go we ordered from Bause. Every component was delicious and beautiful to look at. We couldn't even choose our favorite aspect of the meal, it was all fantastic. It might have been the appetizers. Was it the Fontina Stuffed Risotto balls? The Crab Cakes with the scrumptious Remoulade? And of course the Flourless Chocolate Cake was decadent, and the Lemon Raspberry Cookies were incandescently yummy. Bause Catering was recommended to me by a trusted friend, but I was still a bit nervous since I've never hosted anything like this. We had a memorial birthday party for about 30 people at a winery in Pottstown and it was amazing in large part due to Bause's amazing staff. They worked magic in small crowded spaces! They were so tolerant of my every email question prior to the event, they assisted unloading my car at the event, they were so very attentive to me and my guests, and the food was wonderful. I've been to events where catered food is expected to be average, but everything Bause did was great. I had so many compliments from my guests about the high quality of the food - from elegant appetizers to hearty entrees to delicious desserts - I am so impressed. They were also so kind and professional: I felt like I was hanging out with friends. I cannot say enough about them. I cannot wait to have another party so I can use them again.
