And 52 hours later, I've gotten only 2 responses (both within 1 hour). Now, not only did Cassandra respond promptly (within 10 minutes), her response had a personal touch (it was enough to move her company to the top of the list; even had her price not been half of what the other company wanted). Even though one of the "Angels" was out on Personal Leave, she showed up several minutes ahead of the 09:00 scheduled appointment. :-) While I don't like to blow my own horn, being an almost 64 y.o. bachelor, and unlike many single men (and, from what I've heard from other house cleaners, many couples, too), I do a decent job on keeping my 2 br / 2 ba, 1,000 sq ft unit (half of a Duplex) pretty clean. But, I do need have a good cleaning done every so often (though, nearly 5 months went by since my last crew ghosted me (I found out, after texting to schedule a cleaning, that 1 of the crew, due to other commitments, could no longer do it. And, the 2nd member wrote, "either late Friday afternoon, or Saturday morning. Well, she never showed. evil). Now, I won't mention the price, as it may be subject to the size of the place. But, it did take her around 3 hours to do my place. But, overall, I'm very happy with her work, and highly recommend her to others in the Milledgeville area (I'm not sure how far she travels).

I needed someone to come in and clean my home after renovations were completed and before furniture…read morewas returned to the house. Natasha responded quickly to my request and seemed to be personable and friendly over the phone, stating that she could do the job the next day. After speaking to her references who gave her good recommendations, I called her back and explained to her specifically what needed to be done. There were heavy granite countertops on part of the floor in one room that was not expected or requested to be moved. I had already cleaned the master bathroom and had some things stored in it, so that just left the guest bathroom floor to be cleaned around the detached toilet (no vanity). She quoted me a price and accepted the job. There was a lot of dust left from several contractors working in the house installing drywall, sanding walls, replacing hardwood floors, etc., so I requested flooring and baseboard cleaning, walls, windows and blinds. She and her assistant arrived at my house to clean, and I left to be out of their way. I returned several hours later and little had been done. They were using Swiffer mops, which were totally ineffective for what needed to be done. She did not have a bucket, broom or pan and was using mine! I spoke to her about my concerns and she said they were not finished yet and would be back to finish the job the next day. Reluctantly, I gave her the benefit of the doubt because of her "references", paid her half and allowed it. The next day, she and her assistant arrived late in the evening accompanied by her alleged husband (who waited in the hot car). After about an hour, I checked on the progress and still not much progress had been made. My new hardwood floor had footprints all over it. At that point, I terminated their services and requested a refund. They became upset and shouted profanities at me as they left. Now I'll have to have it cleaned with the furniture back in the home...smh. I have no problems paying for services rendered, as half had already been paid, but I will NOT pay for bad or unacceptable service. Since pictures are worth a thousand words, I'll post a few and let you decide. I do not recommend this company. I should have waited for my friend who has a house cleaning business to return from out of town. Lesson learned. Unfortunately, I couldn't have cleaned it all myself for medical reasons. MY RESPONSE: That's true...I did tell Natasha not to worry about cleaning the cabinets since they would be replaced, so I have removed those pics. However, that still leaves the rest of the house with no furniture in it, just a few plastic bins in the master bathroom and heavy granite countertops that I DID NOT EXPECT OR WANT TO BE MOVED. So my question is still...what was cleaned in 8 hours in my house without furniture if the NEW hardwood floors, windows, window sills, walls and doorknobs and trim were still full of dust?
