Polite conversation on the phone, even when I was in a dead cell spot! Scheduled a convenient time for me to get the carpets cleaned. An estimate was given on my idea as to how dirty the carpets were....(I am guessing they had not been cleaned for years...!!!). They arrived early and had no problem helping us move the things that we were still moving for them to get a deep clean. They gave a good look and did a few prespots and began the process of getting years of things out of the carpet. VERY VERY meticulous in getting the edges and especially the high traffic areas. The carpet looks almost brand new. Special care was given in the closets in which the big machine could not go into. Polite, professional, expert in their area and most importantly they did not try to sell us on products and other services that they could offer. They listened to our needs and met them!!! I would definitely recommend them to everyone. So nice to now be able to walk into the house and not have lingering odors, and actually being able to walk barefoot and not feel as if my feet were getting covered with who knows what!!!

At 6pm we called to check the status of our clothes and were told that they were almost done and our last load had just gone into the dryer. At 8pm we reached out again to see what was the holdup and were told that they were in traffic. Finally, at 10:25pm our clothes arrived and were less than satisfactory. Not to mention, they charged us an extra $125 for our clothes which totaled out to a whopping $300!!! For $300 you would think that our clothes would have been done exceptionally well! Well it wasn't. Our clothes still smell sour, some of them had color damage, and there was even rust on brand new under garments.
