The jackets not only came back from the cleaners NOT CLEAN, they also show significant signs of wear along the sleeve that was not there before I brought them in. Basically the machines were so harsh on the jackets that they are scratched all the way up the sleeve and even made a small tear around the cuff of one. And then when I pointed out that they essentially wrecked my $1,000 parkas the response I got was that this kind of wear was 'consistent' with a used parka, even though it was not there before I brought them in I would highly recommend anyone who is thinking of taking any items there to be cleaned that you go somewhere else.

The laundromat bright with lots of windows and it is kept very clean. The staff is very friendly. They have super large load washers. The dryers are large and dry things very quickly. They also offer same day laundry service where they will wash and dry your clothing for you. The rates are very reasonable. If you forget detergent, bleach or fabric softener, they have some you can purchase. The machines are coin operated and they will make change for you.
