I've been to this world market dozens of times each year for years…read more I find the best gifts because there are so many one of a kind items from all over the world. Edible and collectibles. I have tried nearly every licorice they have ever brought in, same for their olives. Mmmmm!! This is a terrific place to find stocking stuffers too. They also greeted you on your entry and I've been helped by a lot of friendly workers. I really enjoy this location. It's my favorite in the valley.

I've been shopping at this World Market location for many years. This is their Tempe Marketplace…read morelocation. i recently moved to the area and this is now my regular World Market that I shop at. World Market was once Cost Plus World Market until Bed Bath and Beyond sold them in 2021. In the earlier days, I shopped here for furniture and bottles of wine for my wine collection. Then I started buying their coffee products. I pick up a bag of coffee often, especially during the holiday season when they offer seasonal flavors. World Market sells many specialty and import products. You can find all sorts of stuff like home furniture, kitchen products, decor, rugs, and gifts. In the grocery section are international food products, coffee, beer, and wine. My favorite time to come here is during the holiday seasons when they stock the shelves with lots of fun Fall and Winter products. When it is not the holidays, the products that I buy most here are extra virgin olive oil, coffee, pasta, and any other snacks that I can't find in regular grocery stores. Even though World Market has changed a lot over the years, I've always enjoyed the International theme here mostly because of my time being overseas. If you ever come to my place, a lot of my furniture and decor is from World Market.

I was able to get the most soft, luxurious pajama sets for my mom, MIL, and GIL (grandmother in law)... they were pricey, but these ladies are worth the splurge! I attended the Jellycat event today and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience…read more My friend and I waited in line for over an hour to attend the event. During that time, my friend had to take her young daughter to the restroom. Considering this was a children's event, we assumed that stepping away briefly for a bathroom break would be understandable. However, when they returned, they were not allowed back inside, which was extremely frustrating and disappointing. We had also planned to purchase a Giant Bartholomew Bear priced at $1,045. While the bear was available for sale, we were informed that we could not take it home until 5:00 PM. We explained that we live on the other side of town and would not be able to return later in the day, but no exception was offered. It was surprising that a customer willing to make such a significant purchase was not given any accommodation. Additionally, gifts were advertised for the first 25 attendees. Many of those gifts appeared to be distributed to children under two years old, which made the process feel poorly organized and unfair to others who had waited in line specifically for the event. Overall, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. We woke up early, waited for over an hour, traveled across town, and arrived genuinely excited to participate. Instead, we left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. If this event is going to be hosted again next year in partnership with Jellycat, I strongly encourage the organizers to reconsider their policies regarding restroom breaks, customer accommodations, event logistics, and gift distribution to create a better experience for attendees.

Staff are very good about keeping their merchandise updated for the holidays and changing it out when necessary. It makes for an interesting customer visit. Their prices have increased yet still reasonable. Some items are more expensive. For the items that were not the typical price, there are charts throughout the store. No returns. Shared parking lots as well.

The girl working the front counter was super nice. Two or three times I asked her where I might find things and she was very helpful and didn't act like it was an inconvenience at all like some store clerks do. I was after a certain kind of yarn and they didn't have it but I bought two or three other skeins anyway because they were so pretty. They only had thin knitting needles, nothing thick for making a bulky scarf. There was quite a selection of crochet hooks in lots of pretty colors. There was so much to look at and here I was on a time crunch because I needed to get to my daughter's and just stopped by because it was on the way. I did find some purple ballpoint pens and a couple phone cords.I definitely want to go back another day when I have lots of time to look around.

Jeanne had me give her partner, Sam de Matties-Pratt or "Sam Pratt," a $6,500 cashier's check for Sam's abstract painting. Jeanne kept 2 club chairs, the painting, and other accessories on her showroom floor for her Open House on November 9th. The sofa wouldn't be made until after Thanksgiving. When 2 club chairs and the painting were delivered on November 10th, my boyfriend did not like the painting. I returned it promptly since Brady Gray's invoices state 10 days to return accessories for store credit. Jeanne emailed me that she didn't have the money in her bank account to issue me store credit. I called Jeanne who told me to call Sam. Sam emailed me that she would not refund the money because she needed it. I emailed both women that I would cancel my order before Thanksgiving and any additional estimates if my $6,500 was not returned via refund or store credit in 3 business days. They did not respond. When IDR returned the 2 club chairs to Brady Gray, Jeanne and Sam berated me in front of witnesses. Jeanne said I didn't have a legal leg to stand on because I wasn't given an invoice for the (untaxed) art sale. Sam said I wouldn't get anything until she sold the painting and could refund me cash. They have all their items and my $11,000 so I was stunned they rubbed it in our faces right before the holidays. Jeanne is contesting the credit card dispute claiming the $1,895 price tag for 2 club chairs is now $1,895 each to keep my 50% deposit. No one has responded about my $6,500 so I will have to sue. If you are looking for an interior designer to help you make a beautiful home and leave you smiling, I respectfully suggest avoiding Brady Gray.

I thoroughly enjoy my interactions with Jeanne and her colleagues at Brady Gray and the results in my home speak to her talent and creativity. I happily return time and again.
