Came in here one day for their deals on ounces (cheapest in town and good quality) and fell in LOVE with the lounge. I'm in there a couple times a week, and love the equipment they have available for free for you to use. They have a fancy gravity bong, two volcanoes (my personal favorite), dab bongs, regular bongs, papers to roll -basically anything you can think of to smoke out of they got it. Apart from that they have multiple tv's and spots to chill. They have touchtunes, 2 PS5's, Guitar Hero, and a fn POOL TABLEEEE. I literally always forget to take pics but it's sooo cute in there! Very unorganized business. I've tried to place 3 orders in the last month and HAVENT EVER Gotten to get it delivered. The first time we called we got our order in and he even told us give them an hour, we waited longer than an hour bc we understand it gets packed BUT when we called to see where it's at the guy proceeded to act like he didn't know about the order or that he didn't know if he took it or not. We knew it was the same guy. We didn't complain or nothing that day we hung up. Then today we decided to call and they did the SANE THJNG she kept putting us on hold and then eventually hung up on us and when we called back she tired to act like we were being problems bc we were already frustrated since it's happened one too many time . she hung up on my spouse and then I decided to call back bc I want them to know it's been happening and it's NOT OK. except she wasn't wanting to listen I asked to speak to her manager and she said I could talk to her and then I said can get ur name and she started saying that she doesn't have to tell me instead she wanted to play the disrespectful "I don't have to listen to you" attitude about doing her job. I asked her if they didn't want our buisness they should just say that from the jump and she said "we don't want your buisness" so at the end of day yall need to do better bc it should have never been that extra they could have just told us they were busy and figure it out from there but I have NVER HAD SO MUCH PROBLEMS WITH A DISPENSARY.
