Unfortunately, you are not transparent in your dealings, and I did not nearly get what I paid for. I tried to work it out with you, but you refused. I have since found another supplier, and when I get my beef now it comes with a manifest of what cuts/pounds I received, which is standard practice to every other supplier out there. There are many others who have had the same experience with you, unfortunately.
