The owners of this business are a disgrace. They fitted my blinds and there was a 1 inch gap at one side of the blind where it meets the window ledge, when it was touching at the other side. I asked them to get the fitter to adjust this before I was willing to pay for the blinds and the owners wife started ranting like a mad woman and said they would be coming to remove the blinds. Frankly they were so badly made it was a god send as we were completely underwhelmed by the quality of the workmanship. The managing director/owner came to remove them that same evening, he was an even more vile creature than his shrew of a wife, and damaged our walls in the process as he doesnt have the brains to understand how to use a screwdriver to take screws out properly. Unlike the previos review I think a customer service course is beyond this mentally challenged pair. Their other staff all seem very pleasant, just a shame this pair are in charge. read more
