The owners of this business are a disgrace. They fitted my blinds and there was a 1 inch gap at one…read moreside of the blind where it meets the window ledge, when it was touching at the other side. I asked them to get the fitter to adjust this before I was willing to pay for the blinds and the owners wife started ranting like a mad woman and said they would be coming to remove the blinds. Frankly they were so badly made it was a god send as we were completely underwhelmed by the quality of the workmanship. The managing director/owner came to remove them that same evening, he was an even more vile creature than his shrew of a wife, and damaged our walls in the process as he doesnt have the brains to understand how to use a screwdriver to take screws out properly. Unlike the previos review I think a customer service course is beyond this mentally challenged pair. Their other staff all seem very pleasant, just a shame this pair are in charge.

My last review appears to be missing but this is now the 3rd time these have been fixed. They have…read morealso rearranged out appointment multiple times before this third fitting. Today the pelmet was allegedly refitted however the marks and dents are still exactly the same as they were in the seocnd so I don't think they have actually refitted these after all so have lied to us. They have already refunded us 50% so are in agreement that it's shoddy service but we are now looking for a full refund so we can go elsewhere. Compare the following images: SecondFitting.jpg which was from the second fitting and IMG_4743.jpg which is from today (3rd fitting) SecondFittingChip.jpg which was from the second fitting ( and IMG_4749.jpg which is from today (3rd fitting) and IMG_4749Chip.jpg which highlights the area I am discussing. You will note that both of these comparison images have the same issues now as they did in the last fitting. In the first there is a black mark on the corner which was made in the factory (not us). In the second you will see ill-fitting corners and a chip in the join. In both these comparison pictures I can assure you it is the same corners of the same windows which leads me to believe these have not been replaced as promised. I cannot tell if Shades are trying to pull the wool over our eyes by not fixing the issue and hoping we won't notice or are genuinely just inept at fixing customer complaints, it could very easily be both.Compare the follw
