We originally went with another blind company in the Tucson area but they had no idea how to install our automatic blinds. Its the middle of July. We arranged and paid a deposit for blinds in January with an install date for March. We actually loved working with Tim but something happened where there was no communication regarding delays. He kept telling us his installer would call to schedule. Never heard a word from him. The good news is that he gave us our deposit back since we weren't trusting his word anymore. But our last conversation was that the order was still being worked on and he'd call. We've heard nothing from him and I also noticed his website is down. So perhaps he went out of business Addendum - I got a call from them immediately after this review posted to clear things up. Have been working with them for over a year. They ordered or received the wrong color blinds and promised to replace with the correct color. Three times they scheduled the replacement and eventually cancelled the appointment AFTER the time they were scheduled to be here. They promised a partial refund because of all the problems and then simply stopped answering my calls. I called Hunter Douglas and they informed me this business is no longer listed as their approved installer. I've been working directly with Hunter Douglas for 2 months now to correct this mess. Last I talked with Blind Pros, they said the owner moved or is out of state. He is completely ignoring my text messages and calls. Took our money, promised to do the job, promised a refund, and then disappeared. Don't take a chance, find another business that will do the job and not walk away from an unfinished job. read more

Tim is always prompt and courteous. He had replace blinds for us in our bathroom. I had a problem with the remote working, called him early Monday am and came later in the morning. He tried to help me on the phone but wasn't able to get it to work! He came and helped me get it to work. Later that day I had a problem again, called him, he said he'd come the next day. My rolling SCREEN SHADES took nearly 5 months to be installed. Tim continually threw the manufacturer under the bus stating the manufacturer had a delay or an apocalypse occurred. When speaking with the manufacturer directly, they informed me my items were sitting on the factory floor for months. They no longer do business with this individual. I have had nothing but trouble with the install/shutters since and today the manufacturer came to my home and said the screens were poorly installed and and three of my five screens needed readjusting (AFTER ONE YEAR) and had to take one of the screens back to the factory and it will be completely replaced under warranty. Tim would set many appointments and never show up, again blaming the factory for "not having the product in" and this happened twice - The day the install was to take place. Also, don't let him trick you into giving him a Google review before the job is completed... he tried this on me, but I knew better. Word of advice? Check out the BBB - Blind Pros is not accredited because he has an F rating. Steer clear of this company for your window/rolling shutter needs. read more

I was promised a refund on Monday August 26th which didn't come in, then I was promised on today's date September 4th 2024, and did not received my refund-- I now have to proceed with legal action. Looks like Tim jumped the gun. He tried to fix the strings on my dining room shade but the strings are still loose. I did get back my cornice boxes and the fabric. The fabric was wet, I dried it out but some of it has white marks on it now. He offered to have it dry cleaned, but I don't trust him enough. I want the strings adjusted properly as it should have been when they were installed. The fabric is another issue. What is wrong here? read more

Where to begin...Sept 2023 Tim was great and came out and quoted us for shutters and blinds for my slider doors. Oct 2023 shutters and blinds installed. No issues with shutters, my blinds however the material on the valances has bubbles. Nov Tim came back out to attempt to get bubbles out of valances and told me if it didnt work this time we would need to figure out something else. Well fast forward to Aug 2024, my valances still are bubbly and there has been countless "missed" appointments and now he is unresponsive. read more

Contacted Timothy at Blind Pros to install 2 very large vertical blinds. He had a great installer out to me quickly and at an extremely reasonable rate, and I hadn't even purchased the blinds through him! I won't do that again, I'll be contacting Timothy to select window coverings for my remaining windows. Excellent customer service. read more
