We've had a very negative experience with Gallatin Valley Furniture and would not recommend them to…read moreanyone, especially for window treatments. We worked with Paul and ordered our Hunter Douglas window treatments in advance to ensure they could be installed once we moved into our new home. Paul took the measurements himself and assured us everything was perfect (we had to rely on his word given we lived in another state). The blinds were installed today and they're the wrong dimensions. They're externally mounted, which is what we wanted - but they don't reach the end of the trim on the bottom or the right sides. Gallatin Valley Furniture has offered to re-measure and replace the window treatments, however, they have not extended a discount for the inconvenience. Given we spent $13,000.00 on window treatments and expected them to be perfect when installed today, this is completely unacceptable. It's bad business. We've pulled our order, requested a refund, and will be working with another vendor for both this home and our new build. We prefer to work with a vendor who values our business.

Made both springs on site and fix our garage door. It was less than $400! In this day and I consider that pretty good. They were super quick and responsive and even were able to come when both me and my husband were not home. Great job and super fast.

I'm out of town, she's trapped, we have a sick kid she needs to get to urgent care. They said they could get there in rougly 1.5 months. MONTHS. They seemed irked that she needed help before then. We had a kind friend come help repair everything that day so my wife could get our kid medical care. 1.5 MONTHS later they show up. Twist one of the bolts a friend put in. Replace our keypad (costs $25 on Amazon). Bill us $175 for the service. These people are effing criminals and you're burying your money working with them. Good luck.
