Spent over $25,000 on 2 different jobs. First one went well which is why I hired them again for a new home I bought. The second project I had issues after install which came right away... Paul was too busy to help fix the issues even though it's under warranty. I even tried to by pass Paul the owner and go straight to his installers. Again Jason his installer said he was too busy. After 4 weeks of waiting I was left no choice but to hire another company to fix the issues. It's sad I was a loyal customer who spent a lot of money but once they got my money Martha's Blinds was in ZERO hurry to fix my blind issues. I suggest shopping around first maybe for a bigger company before you decide to go with Martha's Blinds. Which in reality is just a middle man anyway. I will say their prices are competitive but what does that matter if they leave you hanging when they're issues. read more

I looked for a window treatment contractor via Angie's List, and found Blinds & Shades by Martha has good reviews, and their location happened to be very close to my house, so I called them. Paul came over to give me a quote very next morning with many samples. Since he had exactly what I was looking for, the price was around my budget, and he was very professional and pleasant, I placed the order right away. As he promised, shades were ready within two weeks. They were installed by Paul himself. The job was very clean and meticulous. (Even his tools were impressively clean.)
