Terrible service, non-existing communication, installations mistakes, .... It's been almost a year…read moreand my blinds are still not done : after a badly done installation, they took my blinds and told me they would replace them with the correct ones. They told me next week = I waited 1 month, kept calling, they told me on the phone they would reach back and give me an update = nothing. Every time I have to call them back just for them to avoid the situation and blatantly lie in response. Their technician came back 5 times, 5 TIMES without the blinds or with the wrong ones because of wrong communication with their boss. And because they make you pay in advance, they know they have no real obligation to solve the problem in a timely manner. This is beyond incompetency, they behave like absolute crooks and total baboons. Unless you want your blinds to be done after waiting for half a century, avoid them at all cost.

I had a 5 metre external blind installed in 2017 - it has worked very well until now when it became…read moredislodged from one end - I contacted Empire and was quoted $150.00 to have it re installed. I advised them to bring chem fixings as the wall plugs previously used were obviously insufficient for the task. I was advised any additional parts if required would be extra. They then insisted I pay in advance- when I asked why they said they had problem collecting payment from clients. While not happy I thought the $150 was a fair price so I paid. The following week one tradesman arrived -had no idea what the task was- after investigation he agreed a chem fixing was required - I offered him one as I had some in my garage but he said he would prefer to get his own. He then left and did not return. After a week I called Empire to see what was happening and they then advise the price would now be $650.00 for the job. A competent installer with an off- sider could do this job in 30 minutes (at the most) My advice is to NOT engage this Company under any circumstance. Barry H
