Scheduling the appointment was a breeze and the technician let me know when he was on the way. My issue was a dead circuit board in my 20 year old garage door opener. The tech went over the replacement options along with clear and upfront pricing. Once I decided, he was able to do the install right away! While he was there he went ahead and gave my other garage a tune-up as well. Both doors are quieter and smoother than they have ever been. It's actually kind of amazing how much better they are now. Lonnie took my call, answered all my questions, and quoted me a fair price based on what other such installations have cost. A month later I called them and scheduled the installation. (Needed to get some electrical work done first.) When Adam arrived he did some quick measurements based on how the garage doors opened and informed me that the track for the belt drive openers wouldn't fit since I had such a low ceiling. He took photos and discussed it with Nick, the Service Manager. After some serious discussions a solution was found and thanks to the exceptional team of Adam, Nick, and Lonnie I now have excellent garage door openers and an answer why previous owners never installed them. Something was seriously wrong with our garage door. Every time we opened or closed it, something…read morewas pulling away from the wall, dropping drywall on the floor. Eventually, a metal structure holding the garage light snapped, too. We gave Cincinnati Door and Opener a call and Adam came by to take a look. He was on time, courteous and very professional. He noted immediately that the two springs that bear the weight of the door had broken (I would never have known), which started the domino effect of having the pulley cable start to pull away from the wall and snap the housing the held it. Adam had everything we needed for a repair on his truck, explained the pricing and set to work. Just over an hour later he was done. He made the pulley housing stronger by using better quality metal than it came with originally, replaced the rubber strip under the door and the springs, secured the pulley to the wall, lifted the safety sensors so they wouldn't get damaged by rain or water and even changed a burned out light for me, since he had his ladder handy. The garage door has never been quieter. Recommended!

We also had all the fascia and shutters replaced. The roof was completed in one day, with the gutters, downspouts and fascia being replaced the next 2 days. They also painted all the vent stacks and our chimney a flat black which really added to the appearance of the house. It was an excellent job, with excellent quality and a fair price. We have really been pleased with the results, except for the shutters. We had wooden shutters that were attached with screws. They had to be painted every 5 years or so, and some had to be replaced due to wood rot. The new shutters are plastic with plastic fasteners. We have had 3 instances with high winds where one or two of the 2nd story shutters got blown off. Each time Sean came out and re-attached them. We had 2 blow off a couple weeks ago when the remnants of Helene came through. The shutters are attached by 4 fasteners. Sean suggested we add 2 in the middle, which he did - hopefully that solves the problem! My point is - they did a great job in 2017 and they have always followed up with service whenever we had an issue - which is what you want from a quality roofing company.

They stripped the roof down to the wood sheathing and replaced everything including both step and counter flashing in one day. A different crew returned the next day and removed and upgraded our gutters to 6" with new downspouts, also in 1 day.
