My wife and I had the most horrifying experience with Bartholomew. Bartholomew installed the unit…read morein out house 13 years ago. We had enjoyed a great service relationship, until last week. As usual, we scheduled a yearly A/C tune up. That was in June of 2021. Bartholomew never showed up to service the unit. We called every month, for 4 month. Finally, Bartholomew calls and states that they will be there on Sept 30, 2021. My wife calls to ask, on 09/30/21, what time the technician will be arriving, roughly? The lady says," Oh we had to move you until Friday or Monday". My wife asked, when were you going to inform me of that. I stayed home today so I could be at the house when your serviceman arrived... Dead Silence... They were not going to call. Bartholomew was going to not show up. So my wife, after 4 months waiting, gets very upset for Bartholomew's lack of customer service and asks to speak with the manager. A lady calls back, sounded to be an elderly lady, and says " I'm calling to see what your problem is". My wife "re-explains" the 4 month wait, the scheduled appointment that her company was completely blowing off, for the day. And without a courtesy call, at that.. The lady was completely rude and hung up on my wife. My wife told her that she would come up to her office and speak with her in person... This lady that works for Bartholomew called the police and said my wife was harassing her... After hearing this incredible story, I call to Bartholomew and leave 2 messages, with the answering service, for the owner to call me. I was most sure that the owner would want to be aware of how his company was treating a very established customer... GUESS WHAT...BARTHOLOMEW CALLED THE POLICE ON ME. TOLD THE POLICE I WAS HARRASSING THEM. And all I did was leave 2 messages for the owner to call me. Unbelievable.. TH
