They were assigned to us by Generac after our purchase of a generator. Normally, I don't spend my time on this type of stuff but I hate the idea that someone else will have to deal with them. So, here I am. When I say them, I mean the woman who runs the day to day operations. First, the technicians were awesome. Seemed knowledgeable and courteous. No issue there. But.... there was an issue with my generator that needed attention. Full disclosure. I know nothing about generators and electricity. I called and the woman that took my call dispatched someone out. Ok - cool. Turns out, root cause was my Internet. Issue: she never explained that if it was an issue outside of Generator ,(my internet) the visit would be on me. How would I know what the root cause was - ha ha. I thought for sure it was the Generator. A simple explanation of that would have given me the chance to think about it and look at other possibilities, but nope - not that day. Then I got the bill. $$$. I called and she basically told me it was on me. After back and forth about non cost disclosures, she got VERY nasty and hung up on me. BAM! Then, SHE called me back - LOL - and said if I don't pay, they would never come back. Ok. I paid the bill in full and called Generac and they assigned me another company closer to home. BTW - Lindsey was a good 1 + hour away. Bottom line - if you ever have a dispute and have to deal with this nasty woman don't say I didn't warn you. She reminded me of an angry X-Wife who pays child support TO ME. Yes I know 1st hand what that's like. Big laughs on that one. What I don't think she knew while she was treating me like a red headed step child was she had just lost Lindsey electrics future $$$ for my service calls during 10 year warranty term. Too bad so sad for them. BUYER BEWARE OF ANGRY KARENS LIKE HER WHO WILL TREAT YOU LIKE CRAP. I never take abuse like this from someone I nay and expect respect at the very least. I can now see why) Second time I'm using Delta . My bill was totally padded. Claimed that he came at 7:30. I have phone log showing that he was on his way at 7:45 and didn't arrive until 8:15. However, he had billed me from the 7:30. Thats almost one hour I was billed falsely. Then played the game of checking things because the breaker kept popping . I kept telling him everything worked fine till you did what you did. It's a brand new home, my friend. Everything worked fine till you got here. so there was no need to keep checking my lightbulbs, my light switch my sockets and everything else. After another hour of playing this game. How about checking the work that you just did as I stated several times . My bill was inflated . After checking his own work. Found he had a pinched wire in the box outside he just put in.... Imagine that...lol Taking my own time to go talk to "management " was a total joke and a waste of my time. All I heard was, I'm not gonna talk bad about my employees. Well, my friend no one asking you to talk bad about your employees, but I am asking you to be held accountable for your employees actions and false billing of time. Management had a very bad attitude and lack of willingness to correct a situation . My interpretation is they've gotten too big for the bridges and I've seen bigger companies fall because of this . So Delta , keep screwing the little guys over by padding your bills and the big guys won't want to play with you anymore either. .
