Within a day or less he provided us with a quote and within 6 weeks of the quote and deposit being paid we had plantations shutters installed throughout our home. The installation was handled by Jared and Luke. They were courteous professional and efficient. The entire 19 window installation was completed within less than 3 hours. The best for the money. Ordered two shades, one for our dining room window and one for our patio sliding door. There was a minor issue with the patio shade but Carl took care of it. Delivery was a bit slow but in our current climate I'm not holding that against them. The shades are exactly what I wanted and the value is unbelievable! Overall excellent and professional service from start to finish. Carl came over and custom measured our windows and had samples on hand to choose from. No pressure estimate was reasonable. Blinds were custom made in 2 weeks and installed 2 days after they were in. All done by appointment at my convenience. Installers were in and out in a half hour completing all 9 windows we ordered.
