He thoroughly answered my questions, ran through my product options and took measurements. He was knowledgeable and personable. Within a day or less he provided us with a quote and within 6 weeks of the quote and deposit being paid we had plantations shutters installed throughout our home. The installation was handled by Jared and Luke. They were courteous professional and efficient. The entire 19 window installation was completed within less than 3 hours. The men were amiable and took pride in their work. I have spent a great portion of my career in the customer experience channel and I was super impressed by how well this business is being run.
