Their scheduler Kelly knew what the repair experts were doing and was able to find someone to come over and fix the problem. The technician solved the problem with my garage door and then managed to fix some small issues with it that I'd been ignoring. For example, the door squeaked and creeped when it opened and closed, so he made some adjustments and it's now quieter than ever. He even replaced a burned out bulb in the door opener mount. He did a great and efficient job, used quality parts and as we discussed options all along he was patient with my being a busybody! The price was reasonable and the work was outstanding! On our talking, he told me they are a family business, that Dad has been doing this for 40+ years, and the entire family is proud to do great work!
